Who we are
APPTV Club is an independent website operated at apptv123.club. It is not a television channel, broadcaster, streaming platform, electronic programme guide, or VPN provider. Using the site does not make you a customer of any of those businesses.
No affiliation
We are not affiliated with, associated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any television channel, broadcaster, network, streaming service, sports league, production company, platform, VPN provider, or other rights holder.
All channel names, programme names, logos, and other marks that appear here belong to their respective owners. They are shown only so a mark can be identified. Their presence is not a licence, partnership, or approval, and it does not mean the owner supplied the file or knows this site exists.
Purpose
The site is published for educational and experimental purposes only. It is a reference for how channel marks, playlist text, and VPN profile files are structured. It does not sell, stream, or subscribe you to television. It does not provide access to channels.
Third-party material
Some files and names come from public collections or are blank templates. We do not claim ownership of third-party logos or names. If you download a file, you are responsible for checking that you have the right to use it, and for complying with the owner’s terms and with copyright and trade mark law.
VPN files on this site are empty skeletons. They are not official profiles. Do not put another person’s certificates or private keys in them, and do not present a filled-in file as if a provider issued it to you.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site, or anything taken from it, to infringe copyright or trade marks, to bypass a technical restriction, to misrepresent an affiliation with a rights holder, or to pass this site off as an official service. We may remove material or stop offering a page at any time.
Copyright and trade mark notices
If you own a copyright or a trade mark and you want material removed, email dmca@apptv123.club. A notice under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act is welcome at that address, and so is any other good-faith takedown request. Please include:
- Your name and a way to reply to you.
- The work or mark you own, described clearly enough for us to identify it.
- The address on this site where the material appears. A page link or a file name is enough.
- A statement that you believe the use is not authorised by the owner, an agent, or the law.
- A statement that the notice is accurate, and that you are the owner or are authorised to act for the owner.
- Your signature. A typed name in the email is enough.
We will review a complete notice and remove or disable material that should come down. If the notice is incomplete, we may ask you for the missing detail before we act.
No warranty
The site and its files are provided as they are and as available. We do not promise that they are accurate, complete, current, safe, or fit for a particular purpose. Formats change. A template may not work with a given server. You use what you download at your own risk.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the site or anything downloaded from it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not let us exclude, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the version in force. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
